Position overview:
This role supports our client’s marketing efforts by working with data to analyze, model, and derive actionable insights. The candidate will focus on building durable, reusable data models and collaborating closely with the marketing team to align data insights with business goals.
This position is designed to take over work currently handled by the hiring manager, focusing on moving from exploratory analysis to building structured, reusable models that provide long-term value. Collaboration with the marketing team and the ability to contribute strategically over time are key aspects of the role.
This is a full-time fully remote position for Latin American-based applicants within +/- 2 hours of Eastern Standard Time Zones (NYC). Resume must demonstrate professional English ability.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze trends and derive actionable insights
- Model Building: Develop durable data models using SQL and dbt (not ad hoc)
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and align data solutions with marketing objectives
- Tool Integration: Work in SQL with Snowflake and DBT
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience analyzing, modeling and deriving actionable insight from marketing data
- Proficiency in SQL and dbt
- Working Snowflake knowledge and experience
- Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and grow using various tools
- Versatility: the ability to adapt and take on new challenges
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively work with internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent English skills – written and verbal
Preferred qualifications:
- General understanding of marketing concepts and terminology
- Willingness to proactively offer insights and propose alternative approaches over time
- Experience with A/B testing
- 2+ years analyzing, modeling and deriving actionable insight from marketing data
- 2+ years experience with SQL and Snowflake
- 1+ years experience with DBT

Salary: USD $5720 - $6450 (monthly salary range)
