Your mission
Supporting all Franchises (Medical Care / Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care), the Data Analyst is a key Business Partner for the General Management. The position is based in Brussels.
The role reports to the Benelux General Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Maintain and update existing dashboards (weekly and monthly) to ensure stakeholders have real-time access to key business metrics.
- Improve, simplify, standardize, and automate existing dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and propose innovative solutions for improvement.
- Ideally, leverage scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) to streamline data extraction, transformation, and automation of manual processes.
- Business Development Support:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to monitor and enhance brand/portfolio performance (e.g., market share, sell-in/sell-out analysis).
- Analyze channel performance, providing insights into the effectiveness of various sales and marketing channels (pharmacies, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer).
- Ad hoc and Corporate Projects:
- Act as the go-to analytical resource for ad hoc requests from sales and marketing teams.
- Design and develop new dashboards to meet evolving needs, using advanced tools like Tableau.
- Collaborate with HQ and business teams to ensure data accuracy, proper integration of systems, and alignment of analytics initiatives with business goals.
- Education :
- Master’s degree in data analytics, statistics, business engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Languages :
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Technical Skills :
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX) and CRM platforms (preferably VEEVA)
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes such as Alteryx
- Ideally knowledge of SQL for database querying; experience with scripting languages such as Python

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
