YOUR MISSION
Join us and become a key member of Glovo's Global commercial team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development. In this role you will be part of the Commercial Team at Glovo Headquarters, reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy and driving initiatives to shape our commercial approach globally.
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will find the balance between creativity and data-driven objectivity so that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.
You will be in charge of providing data for the main partner strategies of the Commercial Strategy team. Through analytics, you will be globally identifying and improving the experience of the customer in Glovo. You will be a direct contributor to key company initiatives, taking full ownership of data analysis and insight generation, automating data generation together with our Data teams, and driving reporting enhancements, while you will also contribute with recommendations to the initiatives you are part of for global implementation.

- Continuously explore and refine key metrics, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo’s journey.
- Develop analytical frameworks and models, while effectively communicating with the entire department (data managers + cross-functional teams).
- Dive deep into data to identify key factors and actions to improve KPIs, taking accountability for outcomes.
- Develop and own the main company KPI from end to end, from its development until its consumption.
- Partner with the Commercial Strategy leadership to set performance targets, recommend actions for improvement and work together to integrate positive changes.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative analyses and A/B tests
- Enhance the strategies we use to define each market’s approach.
- Innovate to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the commercial team.
YOU HAVE
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or similar
- 1-2 years of work experience providing internal teams with the necessary data to make the right decisions.
- Strong analytical and coding skills: SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience), and BI platforms experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI,…)
- Python and experience working with analysis tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R is highly valued
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in high-growth and high-performance start-ups with a fast-paced
- Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues.
- Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done
- You are eager to learn, hungry for knowledge, and want to work towards growing in your career from day one.
