The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in data and business analysis, with an interest in SaaS and product ecosystems.
This is a Brisbane- or Melbourne-based role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Data Analyst, you will work across multiple brands within the Simpro Group to support product strategy, planning, and portfolio-level decisions through data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to:
-
Design and execute analyses that inform strategic product decisions.
-
Identify trends and opportunities across customer segments, industries, and geographies.
-
Support portfolio segmentation and workflow alignment efforts.
-
Contribute to win/loss and competitive insights.
-
Assist in the preparation, alignment, and analysis of core business objects across our product suite.
-
Build dashboards and tools that enhance visibility into product and customer behaviour.
-
Contribute insights that help define what operational and performance data should be surfaced to customers, supporting our broader BI and data experience initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of field service management technology through evidence-based insights that influence strategic direction.
What You’ll Bring
-
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or product analytics in a SaaS or technology context.
-
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and a modern BI tool (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau), as well as experience working with product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel).
-
Experience working with structured survey data and large datasets.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations and visualisations.
-
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
-
Familiarity with field service management or B2B SaaS is a plus.
