What to Expect?

Organizing and validating the consistency and quality of product and vendor data with a focus on our regional distribution centers. This includes updating pricing and product data in our ERP systems and product management system.

On a daily basis our Data Analyst I:

  • Processes product data maintenance requests in ERP systems, adhering to procedures to maintain product data integrity in support of global product management.

  • Completes analysis of data for accuracy and consistency across multiple ERP instances.

  • Provides support to field and corporate users to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and requests with focus on meeting service level requirements.

  • Performs special projects such as assisting with the testing of data utilities, acquisition data migration, and data enrichment projects.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent business experience.

  • 0 – 5 Years of master data governance with a focus on product, supplier, and customer master data.

  • Product knowledge is preferred.

  • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Excel.

  • Working knowledge of MS Access and/or experience with SQL.

  • ERP system knowledge of Epicor Prelude, and/or experience with Rocket Software’s Unidata relational database management system.

  • Extreme attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Ability to coordinate the activities of others.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
