Description du poste
As part of Group Operations, the Data Analyst is a dynamic and analytical professional responsible for supporting data-driven initiatives to enhance the operational excellence at Coface. This role involves utilizing data visualization tools and techniques to monitor and optimize processes and workflows, as well as creating informative dashboards to track performance metrics. The Data Analyst plays a key role in driving efficiency, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring the organization operates at its highest potential.
1. Data Visualization:
- Design and create visually compelling and informative data dashboards and reports (e.g., Global Operations Dashboard).
- Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.
- Collaborate with data analysts to improve data visualization techniques.
2. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and track performance using data-driven metrics.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into process health.
- Alert stakeholders to potential issues and recommend corrective actions based on data analysis.
3. Collaboration and Data Integration:
- Collaborate with various business units to gather data and insights for analysis.
- Link and integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive dashboards.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in data analysis or related roles is a plus at least 2 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with process mining software and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
