Data Analysis is a major part of the company’s main growth drivers, involving POC processes with potential clients, developing a unique company knowledge Base, and supporting product decisions through data research.
As a data analyst in the Customers Taskforce, you will be responsible for ensuring client data accuracy and creating valuable and innovative data insights.
In this role, attention to detail is essential for creating the big picture. Prioritizing tasks and quickly understanding client needs are crucial aspects. A love for raw data, along with a keen sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn new things daily, is also necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and fix data inconsistencies
- Enrich data and knowledge base
- Take part in the implementation of manual procedures into the product
- Create useful and creative data insights to improve the product
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with extracting insights from data - MUST
- Experience in SQL - MUST
- Good familiarity with networks, networking concepts and traffic - PLUS
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
