Our recently acquired Cogvio Team is seeking a Data Analyst to analyse, map, and validate the ingestion of healthcare and pharmaceutical data into a SaaS product database. The successful candidate will be responsible for a deep understanding of various data sources, mapping them to target common data models, and ensuring the data is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities:
- Data source analysis - identify required and needed data, understand the data, and incorporate it into the Cogvio data model
- Creating SQL transformations/queries - prepare data for further processing and analysis
- Preparation of a multidimensional model - develop models for creating visualizations
- Visualization development - design and create data visualizations
- Data interpretation - ability to interpret data for customers or team members (e.g., sales team)
- Data validation - explain the resulting data, trace the data pipeline, and identify the source of any discrepancies.
Requirements:
- PostgreSQL/Snowflake: extensive experience with SELECT queries
- Multidimensional models: confidently navigate dimensions and fact tables
- Dataset-rich environment experience: you should be able to work with tens of different and specific sources at once
- Data interpretation: turn data into actionable insights for business decisions.
- Fluent Czech and professional English.
Nice to have:
- Domain knowledge - pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Experience with BI tools - PowerBI, Tableau or GoodData (or similar tool)
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
