What we’re looking for:
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication (Level C1 or higher)
- Minimum 1-2 year customer service experience
- Experience supporting customers via phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving -- needs to have good investigative instincts
- Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets data analysis
- Must be available to work from 7 am - 4 pm ET
- Will be making phone calls to US utility companies to enroll new accounts online or fix broken credentials
