To support the Azelis’ growth strategy we have an opportunity within our regional ERP team in EMEA. We are looking for a D365 Functional Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on operations domain across EMEA. This is an in-house opportunity @Azelis, reporting to the regional ERP Manager for an ambitious personality to contribute to the delivery in Operations domain by leveraging the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The Role
The mission of D365 Functional Analyst Operations EMEA is to deliver PMI (Post-merger integration) and optimization projects, provide operational support across EMEA region with a focus on following domains: Trade, Logistics, Production, Planning, Warehousing…
Given the growth path of Azelis through acquisitions, this is a key role in the integration of acquired companies on our Group ERP template. Continuous alignment with the group ERP team, regional teams across the globe, PMI project management, business process owners and key and end users across EMEA is required to ensure that the projects are delivered in line with overall group processes. You will lead and participate improvement projects to streamline and contribute to automation of our processes where domain knowledge is essential to further get the value out of our landscape.
Main Accountabilities D365 Functional Analyst Operations EMEA

Configure Dynamics 365 Operations processes based on the guidelines defined by the group ERP team

PMI project support in own region: project coordination, fit&gap analysis, requirement gathering and sign off, provide ERP training to key and end users, external partners, assisting UAT, cutover, hypercare

Execute optimization and automation projects related to ERP in the EMEA region : such as warehouse integration, EDI…

2nd line support for live entities, using the ticketing system

Knowledge sharing in the region and promote the ERP updates to ERP community

Help shape and work with the key user community

Train the local external partners and guide them on following the Azelis processes, follow up on their deliverables, manage the relationship

Knowledge sharing across the globe among regional teams

Functional process design of approved changes from the region with focus on standardization and user adoption

Implement configuration changes in the region on input of group ERP team

Challenge change requests looking for standard alternatives

Provide input to the corporate teams on local regulations, requirements

Contribute to the documentation of the Operations processes
Qualification & Skills
We are looking for a proactive personality that is ready to work in an international rapidly changing and challenging environment, with the following qualifications & skills:

Bachelor/master’s degree in business, supply chain, IT or equivalent through experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ERP

Deep functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Have a curious and innovative mindset, think disruptively and can drive change

Proactive personality

Have strong communication skills in English

Team player who loves to work together on complex challenges
