This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a D2C Campaign & Category Manager in Eindhoven with Signify.

Campaign Orchestration: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end campaigns for D2C initiatives, promotions, and activations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals, strategies, and timelines.

Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the project manager, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, including media, content, marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to bring all campaign elements together.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate campaign performance during and after execution, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.

Stock Coordination: Work closely with supply chain and market teams to ensure product availability during campaigns and address any slow-moving stock challenges.

Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to align on strategies, ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, and maintain consistency across all D2C channels.

Media Integration: Collaborate with media experts to align campaign plans with activation strategies and ensure seamless execution across paid and owned channels.

Process Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities in campaign workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Category management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the category, including portfolio, new product listings, and website content.

Drive conversion: Continuously analyze and optimize product presence and availability on our D2C website to maximize product conversion.

Master degree in a relevant commercial orientation (business administration, marketing, supply chain)

5-8 years of sound experience in eCommerce, business development, strategy and/or key account management

At least 3 years experience in managing D2C/Online /ecommerce channels, including deep understanding on how to accelerate and improve our online consumer journey through working together with multiple stakeholders

Advanced understanding and experience of Digital processes and strategy incl., content strategy, conversion improvements, digital ecommerce strategies and overall know-how on how to improve our online performance

Strong commercial mindset, continuously looking for opportunities to drive growth

You have experience with Direct-to-Consumer channels and know how to use analytics to improve our D2C performance incl. Digital Marketing, CRO, CRM etc.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.

You understand complex shop operation cycles at strategic level.

Advanced level of English

Ability to build and execute a strategic improvements with use of cross-functional teams
