We are looking for a Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering and Security Operations to join our growing Cybersecurity team. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of security monitoring, incident response processes, and threat detection.
- Experience with configuring, maintaining, and optimizing security tools (e.g., SIEMs, EDR, firewalls, vulnerability management systems).
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.

- Experience working within or managing a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning tools.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2.
- Passion for staying current with cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead and manage a team of security engineers and analysts responsible for security operations and engineering efforts.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, etc.) to ensure they meet organizational needs.
- Manage the monitoring, detection, and response to security threats, including overseeing the incident response lifecycle.
- Develop and implement operational processes, playbooks, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to ensure security requirements are embedded in key projects and day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular assessments of security infrastructure and tool performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on security operations metrics for leadership.
- Provide guidance and support during major incidents and escalations, ensuring effective containment and remediation.
- Lead projects to enhance overall security posture and align with organizational security objectives.
About the Team
We are spread across the world, with team members located in North America, Europe, and Asia. We support our organization’s internal teams and customer relations activities. The manager for this role is in North America. As a security team, our focus lies in four main areas (pillars) – Security Engineering and Operations, Product Security, Security Architecture, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This role is a key part of the Security Engineering and Operations pillar, responsible for ensuring that our security tools, operations, and response mechanisms are robust and effective.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
