About Your Role 

As part of the Customer Experience (CX) Internal Training & Development team, the Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our training programs and enhancing the CX employee journey and satisfaction within our QGenda organization. Your knowledge in technical content design/development, collaboration, content management, process improvements, leadership, and technical training delivery will be essential in achieving our training goals.

Based in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement, we are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team and play an important role in ensuring CX employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. We are looking for that special individual who can seamlessly transition between delivering engaging training sessions and designing and developing impactful training content.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

Delivery and Facilitation

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.
  • Utilize various training methods, including live demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Excels during training sessions by taking technical software concepts and making them easy to understand.

Design/Development/Evaluation

  • Create comprehensive training outlines/storyboards, including identifying learning objectives, detailing all content, knowledge checks, etc. 
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, videos, simulations, and resources to deliver training content effectively.
  • Partner with Instructional Designers to create the learning assets (eLearning, videos, simulations, learning path, etc.) using Adobe Suite.
  • Work cross-functionally to determine training needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the training process and develop initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continually refine training content and methods.
  • Lead training sessions for larger groups, demonstrating advanced proficiency in the software.

 How You Can Make an Impact

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience You Bring 

  • 3+ years of training and content design/development related experience preferably in a technical/software industry; 1-2 yrs QGenda knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with planning, developing, and facilitating training programs incorporating latest adult learning theories 
  • Experience with Adobe Products including - Rise, Storyline, and Premier Pro preferred
  • Strong organization, time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of developing engaging training content and delivering effective training sessions
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment

Not Required, but Nice to Have

  • Experience/exposure to the healthcare ecosystem
