The role designed for you

Zuber Rieder Paper Mill, specialized in wine and spirits label, is since December 2022 part of Fedrigoni Group. In your role as Customer Support Specialist you will be part of our Zuber Rieder Customer Care team based in Boussières and you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to our current clients and our sales offices worldwide..

  • You will perform sales orders in our ERP system, from entry to invoicing
  • You will be the interface between the subsidiaries of the group and the mill, support the sales person in managing customer requests and help them developing new business opportunities
  • You will be the customer service go-to-person for other companies in the group sellinf Zuber Rieder papers
  • You will guarantee a high-level customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements in compliance with the commercial policy
  • You will Follow up with clients with missed payments and guarantee credit insurance level while processing orders.
  • You will be in charge of updating client specific price lists and other specific information in the ERP
  • You will perform some other activities as special communication to customers, trade of goods declaration, commission to agent, translation, sampling, phoning …
  • You will perform reactive Cross-selling activity to the client when requested product is not available


The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:

  • You have previous experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics or related fields is a plus
  • You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are reliable, flexible and great with people
  • You have a strong customer orientation
  • You are curious and eager to learn, and you have a hands-on approach.
  • You have good knowledge of Excel
  • You are fluent in French and English – any other language is a plus
  • Based in: France, Boussières
