Job Description
Develop the IT Support strategy for (country region) for the most effective, secure and responsive service to our customers to enable them to make informed decisions in a connected way. You will be the primary interface to business leaders, suppliers and global support teams to define standards, requirements and drive opportunities and execution of contemporary IT support services. You will be a key member of the leadership team and provide leadership in improving IT processes and developing IT team capabilities. Develop a compelling and aligned IT support strategy that enables business value and premier user experience in a fast paced environment. Demonstrate deep understanding of support requirements and translating them into enhanced service offerings. Assure customer-centric, contemporary IT services, while being compliant and cyber-safe.
