In this role, you will administer and coordinate the promotion and sale of JLG parts and products. Serve as the liaison between customers and several areas of the company. Identify and communicate information concerning pricing, availability, government contracts, billing, shipping, quality, forecasting, and other requests.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Provide best in class customer service by supplying immediate, consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries of technical products and systems while exhibiting a friendly, respectful, professional and customer focused demeanor

  • Stay current on products and systems pertinent to order management and product research

  • Resolve and diffuse customer concerns effectively in the interest of the long term success of the company

  • Complete documentation of scenarios, follow-ups and resolutions as appropriate

  • Support Parts Sales goals

  • Assist Marketing in the communication, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of Parts Programs and Services to promote upselling

  • Participate in training opportunities

  • Support achievement of department key performance metrics (KPMs)

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High School Diploma

  • Two (2) or more years of customer service, sales or related experience.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual

  • Knowledge of sales and pricing strategies.

  • Knowledge and understanding of segment specific products.

  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.

  • Strong organizational skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.

Pay Range:

$44,500.00 - $68,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
