Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-learning platform.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, registration, and course selection.
  • Provide product information and support based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer support experience.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Native-like proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and basic technical concepts.
