Our Hamilton branch is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with customers, promote Brandt's extensive range of parts and service offerings, and deliver a seamless and personalised service experience.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, sharing information about Brandt parts, maintenance programs, and repair services.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable parts and services, and assist with technical inquiries.
• Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for parts and service promotions.
• Highlight the importance of routine maintenance and recommend tailored service solutions.
• Collaborate with the service team to schedule customer appointments and coordinate resources effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and service history in the CRM system.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and nurture long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about the latest Brandt products, service offerings, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience in the parts or service industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Background in outbound customer service, telemarketing, or sales is an asset.
• Strong understanding of agricultural equipment, parts, and service processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and computer tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise territory coverage.
• Technical training or certifications in the heavy equipment industry and or parts industry are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.
