Sobre a Função:
Como Estagiário de Operações de Sucesso do Cliente na CrowdStrike, você trabalhará 40 horas por semana diretamente com a equipe de Customer Success para analisar a eficiência operacional e otimizar processos de sucesso do cliente. Você ganhará experiência valiosa tanto nos aspectos técnicos quanto nos aspectos comerciais das Operações de Sucesso do Cliente.

Impulsionar decisões baseadas em dados analisando métricas de sucesso do cliente, identificando tendências e desenvolvendo recomendações para melhorar a experiência do cliente e a eficiência operacional

Implementar melhorias de processo através de análise de fluxos de trabalho existentes e colaboração com equipes multifuncionais

Construir e manter painéis dinâmicos e ferramentas de relatório para fornecer visibilidade em tempo real sobre indicadores-chave de desempenho e métricas de saúde do cliente

Realizar auditorias abrangentes da documentação de capacitação interna e voltada para o cliente, garantindo precisão, consistência e alinhamento com os processos atuais
