As a Customer Success Manager, you are passionate about leveraging your communication, organization, and partnership building skills to provide seamless and efficient support solutions. What a day in the life looks like:

Build strong relationships with key customers, gaining deep insights into their challenges and opportunities while establishing trust and expertise throughout their journey.

Serve as the go-to point of contact for customer leadership, ensuring swift resolution of concerns and seamless coordination across Körber.

Drive customer satisfaction by tracking KPIs and adapting strategies to prevent escalations, while proactively addressing potential business-impacting issues.

Collaborate with Körber executives, internal teams, and partners to deliver impactful presentations and support across all engagement levels.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to identify risks and create tailored Success Plans that ensure long-term customer success.
What you bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
-
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, implementation, consulting, or account management.

Proven experience with enterprise-level SaaS solutions and risk identification/resolution.

Strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, deliver excellent customer experiences, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Fluency in English, and the ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred:

Strong knowledge of SaaS environments for supply chain software.

High-level understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.

Experience in the Supply Chain and Distribution industry.

Familiarity with ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Datadog, and LogicMonitor.
