As a Customer Success Manager, you are passionate about leveraging your communication, organization, and partnership building skills to provide seamless and efficient support solutions. You have a keen eye for identifying risks, opportunities, and a knack for problem-solving. You excel in a fast-paced environment where you can apply your knowledge of Körber team’s, processes, and solutions to ensure successful long-term business relationships with our customers.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, gaining deep insights into their challenges and opportunities while establishing trust and expertise throughout their journey.

  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for customer leadership, ensuring swift resolution of concerns and seamless coordination across Körber.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by tracking KPIs and adapting strategies to prevent escalations, while proactively addressing potential business-impacting issues.

  • Collaborate with Körber executives, internal teams, and partners to deliver impactful presentations and support across all engagement levels.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to identify risks and create tailored Success Plans that ensure long-term customer success.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, implementation, consulting, or account management.

  • Proven experience with enterprise-level SaaS solutions and risk identification/resolution.

  • Strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, deliver excellent customer experiences, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Fluency in English, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred:

  • ​Strong knowledge of SaaS environments for supply chain software.

  • High-level understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.

  • Experience in the Supply Chain and Distribution industry.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Datadog, and LogicMonitor.
