Cordance is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll be responsible for quarterly customer outreach, upselling, and managing small-scale implementations, ensuring customers get the most out of our WebAlliance platform.

This is a remote role in US; all candidates must have work authorization in the US

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain relationships through calls, emails, and video, prioritizing high-value clients for upsell opportunities
  • Retention & Growth: Identify and execute upsell opportunities, conduct product demos, and meet sales targets
  • Customer Insights: Monitor support tickets and interactions to assess customer satisfaction
  • Implementation Projects: Oversee a small portfolio of client onboarding projects
  • Website Assessments: Help customers optimize their site performance and maximize platform value

Qualification

  • 1-2 years experience working with B2B SaaS in a customer-facing role, preferably Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales
  • Experience managing a book of business and prioritizing high-value accounts
  • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
  • Ability to drive renewals, reduce churn, and increase upsells
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Distribution or ERP systems
  • Project Management experience
