Customer Success Manager

We’re looking to hire a passionate and motivated Customer Success Manager to lead satisfaction, retention, adoption, operations, and revenue efforts across Integral Ad Science’s existing client portfolio. As a direct report to the UK's Director of Customer Success, you'll be pivotal in shaping our customer-centric journey and will serve as a cornerstone of our esteemed Customer Success team.

Role Highlights:

  • Impactful Engagement: Play a transformative role in accelerating value realization for our clients. Our team is at the forefront, guiding Advertisers and Agencies in optimizing their digital media strategies.
  • Strategic Relationships: Cement robust ties with stakeholders, aiming to elevate revenue for our existing client base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and maintain the client/agency relationship and ensure goals/objectives are met with respect to adoption, reporting, QBRs, and product usage.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with clients, ensuring they are kept informed of product updates, company news, and industry trends.
  • Enhance clients’ understanding of IAS products, methodologies, User Interface and general ad-verification industry knowledge.
  • Lead customer review meetings, providing in-depth analytics on product usage, areas for improvement, and potential upsell opportunities
  • Delve deep into customer health metrics, proactively pinpointing potential risks and strategizing on mitigation measures.
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand upcoming features and enhancements, ensuring customers are informed and educated on how to leverage new offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Management, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring feedback is communicated to relevant departments and influencing product development.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IAS solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Assist with critical requests and escalate when necessary

What You’ll Need:

  • Sharp analytical acumen, coupled with the prowess to weave data-driven narratives.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Success or Sales, showcasing a knack for nurturing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Track record of navigating sales and planning avenues to meet renewal and growth objectives.
  • A holistic thinker with an eye for granular challenges.
  • Commanding presentation skills, simplifying intricate data effortlessly.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritizing effectively to meet stringent timelines.
  • A proactive approach, always on the lookout for avenues to uplift customer experiences.
  • Skill in resolving intricate operational challenges seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce.
  • A history of innovative and forward-thinking strategies that drive tangible outcomes.
