As an Agency Development Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our global agency development initiatives. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Ad-Tech while collaborating closely with our Global Agency Development team. You will assist with various projects aimed at enhancing our agency partnerships, driving growth, and improving our operational efficiency.  This will culminate in a capstone project where you will be mentored by an in-region lead to provide guidance and feedback to present to the larger commercial organization.

Overview of the Internship below:

  • Learn how to work with a Global Holding company
  • Work cross functionally at IAS on projects 
  • Develop an understanding of IAS’ partners across the CTV, Social, Video, Audio, and OpenWeb ecosystems.
  • Exposure and interaction with senior leadership across IAS
  • Culminate your time at IAS with a capstone project of your choice leveraging your knowledge you’ve learned all summer
  • Attend industry events and client meetings
  • Provide support to the Global Agency Team on internal and external projects to support their in-region needs.

This is a full-time, 10-week internship running from June 2 to August 8, 2025. Applications are due by April 7, 2025

Candidate Experience: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data + Analytics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Ad-Tech, holding company /agency partnerships, AI/ML technologies, marketing, and advertising
  • Strategic and Analytical with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Google docs, Gmail, Google sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and receive feedback
  • Located in the New York Area or United Kingdom (hybrid)
