About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll leverage your interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, advocate for our customers' success, and help create meaningful change in workplaces worldwide.

  • Minimum 2 years of SaaS Account Management or Customer Success Management (CSM) experience, or equivalent transferable expertise for this position
  • Can effectively articulate reasons for their genuine passion for HR technology
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with executive stakeholders
  • Proven track record in a client-facing B2B role
  • Passionate about learning product functionalities and tech-savvy
  • Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, integrity, and a drive to succeed
  • Proficient in working with Salesforce and adept at navigating web-based technologies - desirable
