About the Role

Healthie is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Enterprise team and manage relationships with our largest enterprise customers in the digital healthcare space. This customer-facing role is critical to driving adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

As the primary point of contact during and after implementation, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Healthie’s platform. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee account health, support customers in meeting target go-live dates, manage renewals, identify and drive expansion opportunities, conduct quarterly business reviews, provide tailored product guidance, and proactively address risks to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll also work cross-functionally with teams like Solutions Engineering, Product and Support to address challenges, deliver solutions, and continuously enhance the customer journey.

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position, located in our NYC HQ.
  • The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and achieving renewal and growth targets.
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in digital healthcare services, ideally in an EHR/EMR environment, with familiarity in healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • You excel at building strong relationships, leading with influence, and fostering collaboration with customers and colleagues.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environments with a bias toward execution and delivering results.
  • You are passionate about healthcare and committed to improving patient outcomes and experiences.
