Tasks:

- Personal support and advice for existing customers in the area of Cloud Success Services to increase their satisfaction and loyalty

- Identifying customers' individual requirements and business goals and developing customised solutions

- Proactive communication with customers to inform them about new features, upgrades and best practices

- Optimising product usage and generating additional ARR through up- and cross-selling

- Conduct regular reviews to evaluate the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product management and support, to effectively resolve customer concerns and share feedback on products and services

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Cloud Success Services by analysing customer feedback and market trends

Profile:

- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

- Sound knowledge and experience in the field of cloud computing and SaaS solutions

- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeanour when dealing with customers

- Strong service orientation and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs

- In-depth knowledge of processes in the housing industry

- Strong product knowledge of the ERP system Wodis Yuneo and the products of the Aareon product portfolio

- Solution-orientated mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way

- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment

- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
