Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services from the Geotab ecosystem.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering regular performance reviews and proactively driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and account growth.


Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as their main point of contact for all success-related needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular review meetings (in-person or virtual) to evaluate solution performance, share insights, and identify new opportunities.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell activity across LEVL’s product range, including Geotab Marketplace solutions.
- Leverage data and reporting to highlight value, mitigate risks, and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, Implementation) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer engagement and pipeline activity using our CRM and reporting tools
- Take initiative in resolving issues and proactively suggest improvements that enhance customer success.


Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven background in customer-facing sales, account management, or client success roles.
- Experience managing and growing existing accounts through strong relationship-building and strategic selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of a customer’s organisation.
- Comfortable running structured meetings and delivering value-driven reviews.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable:
- Experience in the telematics, SaaS, or fleet technology space.
- Familiarity with Geotab platforms and the broader Marketplace ecosystem.
