12twenty is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Customer Success Manager to support our law school partnerships. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with law school career centers, ABA/NALP reporting, law recruitment timelines, and On-Campus Interviews (OCI). In this role, you will be responsible for relationship management, helping law schools maximize their use of the 12twenty platform, and ensuring they achieve their career services goals. You will lead webinars, facilitate 1:1 sessions, and create educational content to support our partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law school partners, providing expert guidance on career center operations and law recruitment processes.
  • Support law schools in ABA/NALP reporting and ensure partners are on track with OCI and recruitment timelines.
  • Lead webinars, 1:1 sessions, and create engaging content to enhance product knowledge and partner success.
  • Proactively monitor partner health and ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with law school career centers, ABA/NALP reporting, law recruitment timelines, and On-Campus Interviews (OCI).
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or career services support.
  • Strong presentation, relationship management, and content creation skills.

Annual compensation range: $70,000 - $75,000 base salary, $5,000 bonus



The annual compensation range for this position is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on company compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. 

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for equity. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
