Your Mission – As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee all core post-sale commercial functions of the operation, including account management, renewals, expansion, and referrals. You will drive customer success and satisfaction, while also contributing to building and refining our customer success processes for a seamless and effective customer journey. Responsibilities:

  • Champion Customer Success: Be a point of contact for our clients, guiding them to maximize the value of our Offensive Security platform.
  • Renewals and Expansion: Drive the renewal process, identify upsell opportunities, and work to expand current clients. Consistently selling customers on expansions to longer-term deals. Creating and running referral & reference programs.
  • Customer Review Meetings: Participate in, and eventually lead customer review meetings to strengthen relationships and identify improvement areas.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Address client challenges and co-ordinate solutions.
  • Track Account Health Metrics: Including NPS and usage, to proactively identify deals that are qualified for expansion.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights and relay them to improve out products and services. Work with the Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap and drive prompt resolutions on priority issues.
  • Cultivate Advocacy: Build strong client relationships to encourage trust and referrals.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Sales experience: 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a Customer Success or Account Management function.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for ensuring customer success and exceeding expectations.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear communication of complex ideas in written and verbal interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive on finding solutions and navigating challenges.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Builder: Passion for building relationships.
  • Project Management: Ability to project manage multiple customers in an organized fashion.

Preferred:

  • Interest in Cyber Security or Emerging Technology.
  • Awareness of tools and technology that enable a scalable, yet high-touch upsell motion.
