Job Title: Customer Success Intern

Location: Thornhill ON

Position Summary:

The Customer Success Intern will support Customer Service and Master Data Teams with a focus on data clean up in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Essential Functions:

·       Review current data and complete updates in Oracle.

o   Customer delivery contact phone numbers to be added to master data so that it is available for orders.

o   Customer hours of operation for deliveries.

o   Customer contact for deliveries.

·       Validation and correction of Veeva customer data compared to Oracle.

·       Removal of any duplicate accounts or contacts to support new Salesforce Implementation.
