We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Intern to support key operational and client relationship initiatives. This role will focus on optimizing internal systems, improving data accuracy, and strengthening client partnerships. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM management and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Contract Management
  • Review, clean up, and organize hotel contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage the renewal process to optimize cost savings and service levels.
  • CRM & Data Management
  • Perform a comprehensive cleanup of HubSpot, including removing duplicates, updating contacts, verifying addresses, and organizing contract attachments.
  • Conduct UDID (unique travel identifiers) cleanup to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Document & System Organization
  • Streamline and restructure SharePoint and Teams folders for easy access and improved team collaboration.
  • Client Relationship Strategy
  • Develop and implement a relationship-building plan to strengthen partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Research and propose innovative engagement models from both within and outside the travel industry.
  • Identify key differentiators for TEC to stand out in the corporate travel market

Qualifications:

  • Experience or coursework in contract negotiation, CRM management, or data organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, SharePoint, and travel industry tools is a plus.
