About the Position: We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Coordinator to join our remote team. This role will serve as a vital link between internal departments and clients, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. Ideal candidates excel in communication, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This position is fully remote and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Serve as a key point of contact for inbound communications, including scheduling depositions and addressing client inquiries.
- Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate billing inquiries with Accounting and facilitate resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and update client-facing best practices documentation.
- Assist clients in creating User Accounts, providing basic tips, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to get started (e.g., reference sheets).
- 1–3 years of experience in Court Reporting operations.
- Proficiency in RB9 (Reporter Base) software.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Slack for communication and collaboration.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this hourly position is $18-$22/hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
