What You Will Be Doing:

Looking for a career opportunity with an established company driven by innovation, collaboration, and excellence? Join our team as a Customer Services Supervisor.  This role supervises and coordinates the hiring, development, production, and performance management of a highly skilled team of CSRs/CARs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on enhancing the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations, developing employees, implementation of new solutions/functionality and improving employee and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, obtain. Maintain agent’s P&C producer’s license, preferably within a call center environment, and will positively contribute to Shelter’s customer experience through streamlined operations, leveraging excellent analytical skills, employee development skills and organizational skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Superior coaching, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy necessary to assist in a wide variety of situations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an agent’s P&C producer’s license
  • Superior oral communication skills, particularly the ability to listen, understand and explain insurance information to policyholders and others
  • Strong interpersonal skills for responding to inquires and complaints
  • Ability to operate personal computer, internet, and various software packages
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands.  Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
