We are looking for a Customer Services Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in SDH/DWDM, DATA,

MPLS-TP & IP networks. Troubleshooting, planning, supporting, and maintaining critical customer networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunication protocols, specializing in MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPLS, and VLANs.
  • Deep comprehension of Ethernet protocols, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN protocols, and switching/routing protocols, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of network fundamentals and advanced connectivity solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of SDH, DWDM, and OTN technologies, with hands-on experience in planning, deploying, and troubleshooting high-bandwidth network infrastructures.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems, including proficiency in navigating, managing, and troubleshooting server environments.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative global services center, adept at working independently and as part of a team to deliver 24/7/365 support for a diverse range of customers and projects.
  • Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing) to facilitate effective collaboration with diverse teams and customers.Advantages
  • • Proficiency with RIBBN products, enhancing familiarity with equipment and platforms.

    • Technical degree (e.g., Electronics Engineering, Practical Engineering, Computer Science) for a strong foundation in network principles and problem-solving.

    • Experience managing multi-vendor network environments.

    • Proficiency in scripting languages and network automation tools.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

    • Awareness of emerging network technologies and trends.
