TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Customer Service Experience a plus.
  • PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus.
  • Conversationally bilingual (English/Spanish) with good writing/grammar in both languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email.
  • Excellent analytical, problem- solving skills to deliver high customer satisfaction.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
  • Minimum 25+ WPM typing speed
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must complete a satisfactory background check.
