Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Centurion & Supreme Boats, you will be essential in providing our customers with outstanding satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to our brand’s positive reputation with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer information into our proprietary software, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed call metrics, including call conversion and incoming call abandonment rate.
  • Deliver customer care that consistently reflects our quality scorecard standards.
  • Analyze and process customer requests efficiently and with a focus on timely resolution.
  • Use critical thinking skills to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and peers.
  • Gain experience across sales, marketing, events, and other customer-facing functions as desired.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year or more of customer service experience in the boat or automotive manufacturing industry, preferred.
  • Possess professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Type at a speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
