Job purpose:
As a Customer Service Assistant within the Customer Service Adriatic team, you will ensure comprehensive & consistent order and delivery management mainly for Greek & Cyprus customers. By delivering the right product, at the right price and quantity at the right place at the right time to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will communicate daily in English with colleagues in other departments based at the head-quarter, gradually expanding his/her skills on the operation of a global company.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process customer orders in the SAP system, ensuring:
- Accurate product details (quantity, price, location, delivery hours).
- Adherence to customer-specific requirements (stickers, inspection, export documents, etc.).
- Timely dispatch and product availability checks.
- Confirm orders and deliveries with customers, addressing any queries.
- Send pro-forma invoices and monitor open orders daily/weekly to ensure timely closure.
- Achieve high customer service levels.
Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promptly resolve issues.
- Proactively communicate potential stock or delivery issues to customers and internal teams.
- Provide logistics and product data to customers while maintaining professional communication in English and Greek.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal McCain teams.
Complaint Resolution:
- Register and manage customer complaints in High Radius (SAP).
- Determine claim validity, communicate with customers, and process credit/debit notes.
- Coordinate the return of goods (timing, quantity, etc.) when required.
Esker Tool Implementation:
- Ensure efficient use of the Esker tool within the region.
- Assist in updating order forms or adding new products as necessary.
Backup Support:
- Provide backup support for Adriatic Customer Service team members during holidays or sick leave.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, McCain Code of Conduct, and internal standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Archive customer-related documents/emails following internal rules and standards.
Performance Expectations:
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Proactively monitor and resolve supply chain challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Secondary or higher education in Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured companies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, ensuring accurate and professional interactions. French language could be a plus .
- Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations.
- Skilled in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and operation of office equipment.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; customer-focused and approachable.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
