Customer Sales Manager at a glance...
You will be a critical driver of the management of all selling and executional activities to achieve customer revenue and profit targets. As a member of one of the strongest sales forces in Canada, you will form the crucial link between Kraft Heinz and the customer, dedicating your results-oriented mindset to the type of proactive, business-building initiatives that have been the cornerstone of our success at Kraft Heinz Canada.

  • Successfully manages trade spending and forecasting within category responsibilities

  • I am bilingual in English and French
  • I have progressive experience of at least 4 years in sales as a Sales Representative and an Account Manager
  • I am experienced with sales where fact-based selling and category reviews are leveraged
  • I am experienced with sales reporting systems and AC Nielson systems
  • I have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • I have a strong understanding of financials including trade spending and profit and loss statements
  • I have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with customers

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$100,300.00 - $125,400.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
