About the Position:
We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Renewals Manager to join our growing team. This individual contributor role will play a key part in our revenue strategy, focusing on renewal optimization, customer retention, and process-efficiency to achieve critical company goals. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, Customer Experience, and other strategic partners to develop and execute renewal strategies that drive value for both our customers and our business.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with one other renewals-focused teammate to drive an efficient and insight-driven renewal process that balances customer retention, while maximizing returns. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional reporting, process improvements, and customer lifecycle optimization efforts.
What you do daily:
- Partner with renewals teammate to manage and prioritize the renewals pipeline across assigned customer accounts, working to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and BI teams to align renewal strategies with customer needs and business objectives.
- Analyze account trends, contract timelines, and pricing models to drive intelligent renewal negotiations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key renewal metrics and progress against goals.
- Work within Excel and PowerPoint to deliver insights, models, and internal documentation to support decision-making.
- Proactively identify risks of churn and develop strategies to address them in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support deal review and pricing approvals for renewal opportunities, balancing margin protection and customer satisfaction.
- Document and improve renewal workflows, collaborating with strategic partners to streamline and scale processes.
What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, revenue operations, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to work with data to drive decisions and outcomes.
- Proficient in PowerPoint or equivalent tools to effectively communicate insights and proposals.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Strong collaborator with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or familiarity with contract negotiations is a strong plus.
- Prior reporting and dashboarding experience is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools).
- Self-starter with attention to detail, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. This position will also be eligible for an annual bonus.
Salary Range
$65,000—$75,000 USD
