Customer Relationship Manager - APJ COE

Job Description:
- Act as the lead operational contact for HPE Financial Services for the assigned portfolios.
- Knowledge of workflow and organizational roles and responsibilities within HPEFS.
- Understanding of lease processes and impacts.
- Jointly accountable with the Go to Market Manager through objective setting process for the end-to-end ownership of the customers, high-value relationships (HPE & HPI), and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of embedded lease policies and procedures across all APJ countries.
- Facilitate the team’s ability to provide seamless delivery and excellent service to customers/stakeholders.
- Own the attainment of the Total Customer Experience measures and promote a strong customer service culture.
- Facilitate the operational rollout for large, complex local and multi-region accounts.
- Project manages inbound rollouts to meet regional operational requirements, including novation’s and restructuring.
- Collaborate and lead discussions with the E2E (End-to-End) team to resolve issues and escalations.
- Step in and provide resolutions for escalations from internal and external customers.
- Arrange and attend governance calls with high-value relationship customers, such as HPE and HPI, to align rollouts, projects, deals, and intercompany AR.
- Act as a coach and mentor for colleagues on the team.
- Participate in the testing of new system rollouts.

- Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships at the executive level.
- Cultural sensitivity in global work.
Language Skills:
- High fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
Experience:
- University degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
- More than 5-7 years of experience in managing sales operational processes that are front-end customer-facing.
- Possess experience in managing a team with a team-leading capacity.
