Handle calls and resident inquiries professionally, log feedback, route requests, follow up on issues, and liaise with agencies.

What you will be doing:
- Handle telephone calls, to be professional and patient with the callers
- Be attentive to resident’s needs and display a courteous and respectful manner when dealing with them.
- Key feedback into IEMS and route to property officers and term contractors to follow-up on the same day.
- Retrieve voice mail and Call-back service to residents to ensure completeness of the feedback
- Update resident on-line requests for bulky item removal into IEMS and forward them to the conservancy or to the appropriate tradesperson for further action.
- Routed MSO cases to the relevant agency
You are:
- Minimally 1 year of experience in call center
- Able to work in fast-pace environment
- Able to communicate well and multi-task
