Job Description

We’re looking for a tactical midfielder to join our Customer Operations squad – someone who can read the game, link up the technical backline with our frontline teams, and always keep the ball moving forward.

As part of the CO Tooling Optimisation team, you’ll be central to our game plan: improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of Customer Operations. You’ll scout opportunities, coach in new tools, and keep play flowing smoothly between our systems and the business. Ready to kick off?

Your playing field: 

• Analyze existing processes and suggest smarter moves for a smoother customer journey.
• Take ownership of key projects, ensuring high-quality delivery using tried-and-tested project management tools.
• Organize, participate and lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders from across the club.
• Be the voice of Customer Operations when talking tactics with our tech teams.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and tech – and make sure your teammates are ready for the change.
• Streamline operations, keeping all stakeholders in the loop with clear, consistent communication.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Qualifications. You’ve got a degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field – or the experience to match it.
• Experience. You’ve had in a similar position before, bringing hands-on knowledge from Customer Operations or Project Management.
• Industry Know-how. Bonus points if you understand the game – especially in sports betting or iGaming.
• Project Management Pro. You’re tactical with your planning, confident with methodologies, and skilled in stakeholder management.
• Innovation Mindset. A creative self-starter who’s always ready to try a new formation.
• Communication Skills. You’re fluent in English and can confidently talk strategy with teammates from all areas of the business.
• Analytical Skills. Quick on your feet when it comes to solving problems and making smart decisions.
