We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Migrations Manager to join our fast-moving team. The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple customer migration projects, ensuring seamless (ideally silent) transitions while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction (NPS). This role involves meticulous planning, execution, and reporting to guarantee the successful customer migration from legacy to new products.
Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project Management: Lead customer migration projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Working virtually across several business lines; BT(IT), Sales, Operations and the Data and transformation offices.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the migration process.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during migration projects, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports, including progress tracking, risk management, and post-migration analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with migration projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within customer migrations or transformation programs.
- Proven experience working across cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Strong understanding of business process change, data migrations, and technology implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Solid experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and a data-informed approach to tracking and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive problem solver with strong risk management and escalation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP or other recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.
- Experience in trade credit insurance, financial services, or SaaS/enterprise platforms is an advantage.
