Essential Duties/Responsibilities: May include any of the following:
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality of Customer Master Data in SAP
- Provide data analysis to maintain Master Data SAP accuracy relating to Business Partner Master, Sales, Marketing and Hierarchy in SAP
- Manage the add and change process for Customer Master and related data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Execute periodic reporting to identify and then resolve data fields out of guidance.
- Identify areas for data quality improvements through system or process changes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing and Marketing groups to support initiatives, projects, and programs.
- Able to manage multiple activities and requests to support business priorities.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: HS Diploma required; BS degree preferred/or related experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of related Business Partner Master Data management
- Proficient in MS Office Programs-Excel, Word, & Power Point
- Proficient SAP experience with the SD Module, Customer Master, Hierarchy and Sales activity
- Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Collaborate and communicate to affected functions when data issues are identified.
- Salesforce and Qlik experience a plus
