Job Title: Customer Marketing Support
Job Level: Administrative (Junior Level)
Purpose:
To support and provide on-time reporting with high accuracy, maintain high-quality data, and manage the database efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound online leads from various channels, verifying leads data before assigning it to the appropriate sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales lead database high data quality.
- Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring prompt execution and providing support as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular marketing campaign reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing support or a related field.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively within deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and strong data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in handling with large datasets and database systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including analytical functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
