In this position you get the opportunity to join a commercial oriented team and get a lot of responsibility from day one. We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager for Finland & Baltics. 

 

This role is located within the Consumer Goods Business Unit, which includes the categories of Consumer Tissue, Baby Care, Feminine Care and Incontinence Products with our market leading Brands Libero, Lotus, Zewa, TENA and Libresse. 

 

About The Role 

As Customer Marketing Manager you are leading a team in Finland and Baltics, and you will be the owner of one of our categories where you build and own local customer marketing plans for the Finnish market. You set the strategy and create action plans on the 7 P´s per segment in close cooperation with the local Sales Team and the Nordic Category Team. You play an important role in building partnerships with our customers where you drive a category management way of working. In addition to this you secure the Go-to Market perspective of launches and shopper activation, where you set and implement strong plans for all channels both on- and offline as well as securing return on investment. 

 

The position is located in Espoo, where you report to the Nordic Customer Marketing Director. In this role, there are approximately 20-40 travel days included in a year. 

 

What You Will Do 

In this position, you have a key role in go-to-market strategy development and execution. You lead, direct, and develop the local Customer Marketing team. Additionally, you follow up on category development to win in the prioritized channels and build partnerships with key customers. You will drive and implement Category management way of working including category planning process, input into pricing strategy, recommending category promotion strategy, assortment, and customer marketing planning. 

 

Who You Are 

In this role, you have a strong commercial background with a holistic perspective enables you to prioritize between tasks. Furthermore, we see that you are proactive, with an own strong drive for results and prepares to take lead and influence through others. You are an enthusiastic team player, who have excitement and energy in an ever-changing market to find the right growth drivers, both from company and customer perspective. You get excited about analyzing business drivers and sales and are able to accurately draw conclusions to support category decisions based on key data. 

  • University degree preferable in Business administration, Marketing or Economics 

  • Minimum 5 years within marketing and/or sales, preferably from FMCG 

  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Finnish
