The Customer Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to support sales and customer growth. This includes writing content for various channels, creating materials for sales support, collaborating with designers, and ensuring SEO optimization.

To plan, execute,  report and optimize all marketing campaigns. You will schedule, track and deliver critical marketing campaigns on time to support the company sales and customer growth. You are responsible in keeping time on critical timelines/deliverables of new and existing integrated marketing campaigns. 

  • Write both short form and long form copy for offline and online channels. You'll have a conversational style and understand how good copy can be used to attract, convert, delight and retain our audience.
  • Content Creation; support the Customer Marketing Manager by creating a wide variety of content – EDMs, annual catalogues, monthly promotional brochures (MPC), whitepapers, and etc.
  • Assisting in the content creation for social media channel, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Lyreco Malaysia/Singapore official blog. 
  • SEO; write with a conversational style but ensure content is optimized for search and in line with the keywords we are targeting.
  • Sales Support; create case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials for the sales team.
  • Design; work with a designer to ensure content is on-brand.
  • Assisting in SAP promotional updates.
  • Assisting with additional ad-hoc task as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in related field 
  • Planning skills, customer analytical skills, SAP user 
  • Good English verbal and written skills 
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in marketing campaigns and promotions function with plus points if worked before in B2B business environment 
  • Salary range between MYR3.2k-MYR3.4k
