Customer Marketing & Advocacy Specialist

Role Overview: As the Customer Marketing & Advocacy Specialist, you will play a key role in continuing to develop and expand our customer advocacy and community initiatives. Nasuni is customer-centric and this role is critical to the success of the organization. You'll have the opportunity to craft and implement strategic programs aimed at nurturing relationships with key customers, creating and amplifying Nasuni customer success stories, and collaborating cross-functionally to elevate the voice of the customer in all that we do. You will also support additional Customer Marketing team programs including upsell and cross-sell initiatives, ABM programs, and more. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Content: Work cross-functionally to secure customers to participate in various advocacy efforts, including case studies, webinars, events, peer review sites and testimonials.
  • Customer Reference Program: Support the sales organization by providing relevant customer references using our database and tracking tools.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Create and manage both personal and automated communications to customers at the various stages of their lifecycle to increase engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Customer Programs: Support our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Program delivering white-glove experiences to clients visiting our HQ, along with supporting our annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and User Group events.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute a variety of marketing initiatives, including webinars, newsletters, event invitations, and more. 
  • Expansion Marketing: Support team initiatives to execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive increased adoption of Nasuni platform to existing customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with Customer Success to identify opportunities for increasing engagement levels. Keep track of customer participation, references, logos, stories, and their usage so we have a clear view of what’s available and a history of a customer’s involvement with Nasuni.
  • Build Relationships: Establish a strong rapport within sales, account management, product management and product marketing teams to foster collaboration and drive results.

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing or Field Marketing).
  • Experience in high-tech SaaS or the Data Infrastructure and Storage industry (backup, recovery, security, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Experience in crafting landing pages and email invitations for a variety of different audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with customer-facing role and events a plus.
