Customer Logistics Analyst Sr.
Ensure exceptional customer service level in the CARICAM Local and Exports businesses by providing customer support, addressing inquiries from internal (Commercial, S&OP, logistics) and external customers, resolving order management and logistics issues, analysing and addressing future service risks in the upcoming orders. Also, the role is responsible for the management of the Copackers and Re-packers of the Local and Exports businesses. All the above while collaborating and following the overall customer excellence strategy set by the manager to achieve best in class service level and reach annual operating plan objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Identify trends, recurrent issues, and opportunities to improve the service level in the local and exports businesses while collaborating with cross functional teams.
Accountable for leading and developing the local and Export businesses risk management routines by analysing current available inventory, production schedules, needs for deployment, advising to substitute and/or best material availability dates to enhance service level.
Execute daily order management processes to prevent cuts, order delays or other affections to service. Also work closely with logistics, quality and supply teams to look for product availability.
Manage the communication flow, production schedules and delivery dates for Loca, Exports Copackers and re-packers. Also, would be responsible for gathering the service data from these suppliers and analyse performance to keep best in class service level.
Collaborate with CR, US, UK, MX Supply teams on the planning, availability and delivery of all MTO (Made to Order) products.
On a daily basis, oversee the revenue recognition reports to ensure all of the month target are meet. Develops actions and strategies when supply difficulties are produced to avoid move outs and/or NSVs LE fallouts.
Participate - Collaborate and Engage in the implementation of supply chain value projects, for both removing cost or enable value creation while collaborating with commercial, supply, finance and customer excellence teams.
Collaborate ensuring Continuous Improvement and Standardization business processes and tools, focus on the main three aspects: Fundamental, Sustain and Improve.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Industrial Engineer / Business Administrator or related
Intermediate to Advanced English
3 years of experience in Supply, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial or related field
Experience managing relations with customers, commercial, finance and supply teams
