ABOUT THE ROLE:

Regal.ai empowers businesses to create hyper-personalized customer interactions by combining AI-powered automation with a human touch. As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will lead our clients’ onboarding and implementation process, ensuring they unlock the full potential of Regal AI Agents and our CCaaS solutions to optimize their customer engagement.

You will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, designing AI Agent workflows, and driving efficient time to value. As an early team member in Customer Implementation, you will help shape our AI-first strategy and define best practices for integrating AI Agents and human teams into seamless customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • AI-Powered Customer Onboarding – Guide customers in deploying and fine-tuning Regal AI Agents to automate and enhance their customer interactions
  • Complex AI-Enabled Implementations – Manage multi-threaded projects integrating AI-driven automation, real-time intent signals, and human-agent workflows
  • Strategic AI Adoption – Help customers design & iterate on their AI-assisted customer engagement strategies that balance automation and human touch
  • Product & AI Innovation Collaboration – Work with Regal’s AI & Product teams to provide customer insights that shape AI-powered enhancements and automation improvements
  • Technical Problem-Solving – Develop solutions to unblock customer challenges, integrating AI decisioning, automation tools, and APIs
  • Data-Driven Success – Leverage insights and customer data to optimize engagement and maximize ROI

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in customer implementation, technical project management, or AI-driven systems integration.
  • AI & Automation Enthusiast – Passionate about leveraging AI agents, machine learning, and automation to enhance customer interactions
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with two or more of the following:Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Conversational AI, SQL, APIs, SaaS, Contact Center Software
  • Real-time customer intent signals & AI decisioning systems
  • SMS, Email Marketing, and Direct Marketing Analytics
  • Data-Driven Mindset – Comfortable using data, insights and customer behavior analytics to refine engagement strategies
  • Entrepreneurial & Problem-Solving Attitude – Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful in tackling implementation challenges
  • Excellent Communication & AI Advocacy – Able to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable customer solutions and drive adoption
